Hi simonThis is an amazing idea i have been lnokiog for something like this for ages and nothing runs in the uk. 90 days is an amazing time long enough for rsults and short enough to stay truly motivated. Also i agree there should be a 1st, 2nd and third prize, maybe for males and females and maybe one single prize( that you choose) for the person who seems to have made a great improvement and has shown great dedication. Will this be the main blog to get all details and keep intouch because i do not want to miss the start date . Thank you so much agen . David
